Shipping

All items with the exception of Ammunition will be shipped via USPS (Ammunition will be shipped using Fed-Ex ground).

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for merchandise unless there is an error on our part.

VERY IMPORTANT- FIREARM RETURNS!!

All firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer specified by you. We cannot ship any firearms directly to you. We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the type of item purchased, as well as the State the item is being shipped. We will at our discretion change the delivery method if it is in the best interest of us or the customer. Handguns are shipped FedEx Two-Day, with all other items typically shipped Ground. Some items, such as handguns and ammunition, may not be legal to ship to your State. Please check our Terms & Conditions Policy; and local and state laws prior to purchasing. It is YOUR responsibility to check your local laws prior to placing an order. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL holder in your state for transfer. They will typically charge a nominal fee for the transfer that you will be responsible for paying. If you have a question on shipping charges, please ask and we will be happy to let you know prior to making the purchase. We offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING, we do not guarantee a delivery speed. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless the package never makes it to the destination. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO Buy Gun Stuff. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

Cancellations

Should the need arise; we will do our best to cancel an order at no charge provided that it is canceled by 8:00am, that is when our credit card batch is processed. If you placed your order at 7:50am then you would only have 10 minutes to request the cancellation, if you placed the order at 8:10am then you would have 24hrs to do so. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order, it is agreed that the customer will incur a cancellation fee of $25 plus 10% of the original purchase if the cancellation request is not received before the batch goes through. This is to help offset costs incurred by Buy Gun Stuff inc. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to errors in pricing or availability, there will not be any charges If WE cancel the order for these reasons
